History
In 1973, Larry W. Howe, Robert's son, joined the corporation and in 1977 his youngest son, Ronald R. Howe, joined the corporation. In 1979, the office at 420 E. 8th Street was remodeled to accommodate the entire Howe family plus an office person. Robert retired in 1983, and Larry and Ronald continue to operate the business. They are known around town as "the Howe Boys." They have expanded the plumbing and heating business to include fire sprinkler work.
In 1993 Larry and Ron began a continuous quality improvement process within the organization. After spending six months training the management staff in quality management concepts, teams were established to continue the process of improvement throughout the company. We continually strive for the highest levels of safety, customer service and satisfaction.
