Our inspection covers 16 checkpoints to ensure efficiency in
AC (Air Conditioning) during the hot summer months. 

Inspection includes:

  1. Visually inspect blower unit
  2. Visually inspect air filter
  3. Check & clean condensate lines
  4. Check floor drain to accept flow
  5. Visually inspect A-Coil
  6. Check electrical connections
  7. Visually inspect line set/seal through wall
  8. Thermostat level & working
  9. Clean & check condenser coil
  10. Check condenser electrical connections

  11. Check amp draw
  12. Check clearance around condenser
  13. Check refrigerant pressure
    1. Sub cool

  14. Check temp drop
