Your performance check includes inspection of the burner, pilot and cleaning, as well as a thermostat check and verification of operating limits and water pressure. 

Entire Systems

Entire systems check and air bleed-out includes a check of relief and pressure management, electrical connections, zone valve operations and radiators and carbon monoxide readings.

Inspection includes:

1. Initial carbon monoxide reading
2. Check cabinet condition
3. Visually inspect burners
4. Clean, if necessary
5. Clean pilot
6. Final carbon monoxide reading
7. Check relief valve operation
8. Check pressure reducing valve operation
9. Check all limits for operation
10. Check low water cut off/flush system
11. Check electrical connections
12. Check zone valve operation
13. Thermostat level & working
14. Check expansion tanks
    1. Conventional (water levels)
    2. Bladder (air pressure)
15. Check water pressures
16. Check condensate on high efficiency boilers
17. Check radiators for flow (bleed air)
18. Wipe off boiler
